University higher education seekers improve their foreign language skills in a modern language laboratory, equipped with the financial assistance of the European Union within the framework of the project “Support of the displaced Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs”.
Such a digital language laboratory has a significant potential for improving the knowledge and practical skills of a foreign language, because it transforms a traditional educational process into an interactive one. The language laboratory creates the basis for the implementation of scientific developments, in particular, it is used in the work of research groups. Thus, it was there that the first in the new academic year meeting of a scientific research group “Preparation of publications in a foreign language” took place.
In this way, the professional level of future lawyers and law enforcement officers, who in the near future will start performing their official duties in the territorial units of the National Police of Ukraine, is being raised.
At the same time, this project offers additional advantages for teachers: efficiency combined with simple administration enables the implementation of new creative ideas for teaching. In addition, the language laboratory helps to carry out timely control and correction of knowledge and skills of higher education seekers.
