“Oh book! You are a priceless gift!” – that was the name of the presentation of books with author-scientists’ autographs held in the general libraries of the DonSUIA for higher education seekers. The event was dedicated to the World Book and Copyright Day.
In Kropyvnytskyi, the speakers of the event were the researchers of the faculty of law, management and economic security. Tetiana Koliesnik presented and donated her book “Labor Law”, co-authored with Mykola Klemparskyi, to the general library. Serhii Vasyliev spoke about the textbook “Business Judiciary of Ukraine”, written in co-authorship with Svitlana Popovych, and donated it to the library.
Olena Guzenko presented the books written in co-authorship with Vitalii Kadala, “Organization of activities of the Customs Service units of Ukraine” and “Customs Law” written in co-authorship with Vitalii Kadala, for which she received a diploma of the winner of the All-Ukrainian (national) competition of scientific and educational publications in law, security and European integration “Jurydyka” in the nomination “Manual in security training “. Andrii Shulga talked about the development and protection of copyright, and also donated his book “Criminal Process” to the library.
In Kryvyi Rih, researchers of the department of socio-humanitarian and general law disciplines and the department of civil and economic disciplines Nataliia Myroshnychenko, Larysa Dzevytska, Mariian Yunatskyi also spoke about their research works and emphasized the importance of observing copyright. The University librarians noted that all the books and research works of the DonSUIA lecturers can be found in the University repository.
After the presentations of research works, the higher education seekers watched and discussed the video “World Book and Copyright Day”, and also analyzed the saying “People who read books will always lead those who watch TV.”
