The Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs held a master class “Taste of Unity”, which brought together servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, police officers undergoing treatment after injuries, and higher education seekers.
On behalf of the DonSUIA Rector, Serhii Vitvitskyi, the participants were greeted by Vice-Rector Ruslan Vradii: “We are sincerely glad to see you at our University. You are an example of strength of spirit and courage, on which our youth is brought up. United we bring victory closer and build the future of our country.”
The highlight of the event was joint preparation of Ukrainian dumplings – a symbol of comfort, hospitality and unity of generations. Students, military personnel and police officers rolled out dough together, molded dumplings, shared jokes and culinary tips.
The final part of the meeting was tasting self made dishes. Sitting at table, the participants discussed the importance of peace, unity, and the indomitability of Ukrainian people – values that help us survive in the most difficult times.
