Within the framework of volunteer activities and in accordance with the plan of joint activities with the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs continues to implement initiatives aimed at supporting war veterans and developing veteran sports.
During the meeting between the DonSUIA and the Public Organization «Kropivnytskyi District Veterans Football Association (UBD)», a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, which provides for the implementation of joint sports, patriotic, cultural, informational and educational projects aimed at supporting veterans, their social adaptation, psychological rehabilitation and integration into public life.
One of the first practical results of the partnership was the purchase and transfer by the University of modern football uniforms for the veterans’ team.
The DonSUIA will continue to promote the development of veteran sports, the implementation of joint socially significant initiatives, and creation of conditions for active, meaningful, and successful return of veterans to civilian life.
