The DonSUIA organized a number of events for children of the Kirovograd region and Kryvyi Rih for International Children’s Day and the Last Bell.
Vice-Rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, major of police Ruslan Vradii, head of the department of social and humanitarian work, major of police Kateryna Snhneider, head of the department of service organization of, major of police Yevhen Yakovenko and cadets of the University congratulated the pupils of the NovaPraha special school on their studies completion and the beginning of summer holidays. On the occasion of the holiday, the representatives of the DonSUIA presented gifts to the pupils.
Cadets of the faculty of training specialists for the National Police units congratulated the 4th formers of the Kryvyi Rih gymnasium No. 15. The higher education seekers held an event on safety rules to be observed during the summer holidays. They also handed children balls and bracelets of the DonSUIA.
The lecturers of the faculty of training specialists for the units of pre-trial investigation, its administration and cadets congratulated the pupils of the communal institution of “Kropyvnytsky city center for comprehensive rehabilitation and provision of social services for persons with disabilities”. They organized an event on the basis of the «Hippos» rehabilitation center. Master classes, contests, conversations, creative workshops – everything was aimed at social adaptation, cohesion, protection of mental health of the children with disabilities and their parents.
On the basis of the same institution, in cooperation with the communal institution “Regional “Veteran Center” for assistance to the defenders of Ukraine,” the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units together with the career guidance department organized a charity event “Make children smile” for children of the defenders of Ukraine. Psychologists-practitioners of the department of social and humanitarian disciplines conducted classes with the elements of art therapy, and lecturers of the department of criminal procedure and criminology held a career guidance event and a master class on fingerprinting.
The team of the faculty of training specialists for preventive activities units organized active rest for the children of the communal institution “Children’s home “Our Home” of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council. On the basis of the University, they conducted sports classes and training in a multimedia shooting range, they also treated the children with sweets, and handed over a gift from the University – cutlery to be used in their everyday life.
The staffers and higher education seekers of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units held dynamic and entertaining, creative games at the Center for Youth with disabilities “Strong in Spirit”, as well as at public organization “Mother’s Heart.”
The DonSUIA drummers group opened the game program “Rainbow Party” for the children of the Kirovohrad region. The event included master classes, photo zones, exhibitions of children’s toys and books, etc.
Conducting events for children in today’s conditions gives them good emotions, maintains their moral condition, distracts them from the problems related to war, because children should grow up happy regardless the circumstances!
