Sixty-five years of history, challenges and permanent service to the state – this is the path that the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs confidently continues to stick today. On this occasion, a memorable event was held at the University, which united its administration, staffers, and cadet and student community in the common history of success, professional growth and dedication to the chosen cause.
The University rector, police colonel Serhii Vitvitskyi, congratulated those present on the significant date, emphasizing that the DonSUIA achievements are the result of coordinated work of its whole team, and thanked everyone for their daily contribution to the development of the University and Ukraine.
On the occasion of the anniversary and for the conscientious performance of official duties, their high professionalism the University staffers were awarded departmental incentive awards from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, as well as gratitude certificates from the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, the Mariupol City Military Administration, and the Department of Education and Science of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.
In addition, the best staffers were awarded valuable gifts, badges «For a significant contribution to the development of the University», as well as gratitude certificates from the DonSUIA and their photos were added to the Board of Honor.
A special place in the program was given to the presentation of the book «65 years of success», which became a chronicle of the University formation and development.
