On August, 25, an extraordinary meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
To begin with, the meeting participants listened to the report made by the academic secretary of the secretariat of the University Academic Council on the election of the Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs Academic Council. Then followed a report made by the head of legal support of the DonSUIA on the expediency of filing appeal and cassation of court decisions on the refusal to satisfy the claims of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs for maintenance debt collection from cadets, who were discharged in 2022 and are registered in the temporarily occupied territory.
Members of the Academic Council considered the following issues: holding a contest to fill vacant positions of the scientific, pedagogical and research staff of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and concluding relevant contracts with them; electing elected representatives to the vacant positions in the Academic Council of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs; approving the Regulations of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
