Cadets and students of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs joined the all-Ukrainian initiative “16 Days Against Violence” by organizing a street information campaign “Together against Violence”.

During the event, University cadets and students distributed booklets, memos, and reference materials to passers-by, containing recommendations on actions to take in cases of violence and contact information for services that provide assistance to victims. The participants emphasized the importance of timely contacting law enforcement agencies and social structures, emphasizing that support is available to everyone.

The organizers paid special attention to informing about government hotlines where you can get psychological and informational support. In addition, the citizens were informed about the possibility of receiving free legal assistance at the Legal Clinic of the DonSUIA named “Legal Protection”, where students act as consultants providing professional advice.

The campaign allowed higher education seekers not only to apply their knowledge in practice, but also to draw the community’s attention to the problem of violence, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts in overcoming it.
