The Ukrainian team championship in track and field events among juniors was held in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. It became an important stage of selection for the national team and brought together the strongest young athletes of the country. At the competition the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs was represented by first-year cadet Anton Khorolskyi.
According to the results of the race, the athlete won the silver medal of the championship at a distance of 800 m, setting a personal record and becoming a member of the junior national team of Ukraine in track and field athletics.
The athlete’s coach is head of the department of special physical training of the DonSUIA, Igor Shostak.
