Anzhela Helbak, Head of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the DonSUIA, and Halyna Mukhina, Associate Professor of the same department, joined the fourth meeting of the Interagency Expert Group, organized at the initiative of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM).
During the event, the University representatives, together with their colleagues, tested a new leadership program developed for higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
Also, the DonSUIA specialists presented the module “Emotional Intelligence of a Manager”, conducting a training for administration representatives of criminal analysis units of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Their attention was focused on recognizing emotions, self-regulation techniques and the use of emotional intelligence as a tool for effective personnel management.
Successful testing of the module became another contribution of the University to the implementation of modern European standards for training administrators and managers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
