On the eve of the Day of Ukrainian Language and Writing, the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs brought together representatives of all units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, local state authorities and public representatives in writing an All-Ukrainian radio dictation of national unity.
The event was attended by: the staffers of the Main Office of the National Police, the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine, the Main Office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Patrol Police Department, the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Police Department, the Territorial Department of Court Security Service in the Kirovohrad region and a state institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”, the DonSUIA and students of the MCPPP “Police Academy”.
“Today, language is a symbol of indomitability, struggle for independence. It is the very thing that unites Ukrainians all over the world for the future of our country,” admitted the DonSUIA rector Serhii Vitvitskyi.
This year, the text of a Ukrainian writer, literary critic, poet, political activist Oksana Zabuzhko “The Enchantment of Voice” was read by a writer and a musician, now a military man Pavlo Vyshebaba.
