At the beginning of the Academic Council meeting, Rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor Serhii Vitvitskyi congratulated scientific and pedagogical staffers, presenting certificates to: Dariia Kiblyk –a certificate of associate professor of the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines, Oksana Molchanova – a certificate of associate professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines.
The first item on the agenda was listening to the reports of directors of the University’s educational and scientific institutes and deans of the faculties on the results of the DonSUIA higher education seekers internship.
Members of the Academic Council analyzed the information presented by head of the department for organizing the educational process of the DonSUIA on the academic results of the DonSUIA higher education seekers in the 2024-2025 academic year. To continue the work of the meeting, a report from the same unit on the results of higher education seekers certification in 2025 was presented.
Also at the meeting of the Academic Council, the following issues were considered regarding: approval of candidates from among the University higher education seekers for the award of the badge “Excellent student” and approval of candidates from among the working staff of the University for the award of the badge “For significant contribution to the University development” as well as awarding a valuable gift “Wristwatch”; ensuring compliance with academic integrity and corporate ethics at the DonSUIA; enrollment in doctoral studies for Doctor of Philosophy; full-time training at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities; granting permission to transfer a full-time doctoral student to the 2nd year of training at the expense of individuals and legal entities; approval of the individual plan of a postgraduate student’s scientific work and expulsion of a doctoral student due to the completion of the training period; on amendments to the Research Plan of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs for 2025; on consideration and approval of the Regulations of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
