The event became a platform for an open dialogue between veterans and cadets, where the participants discussed the challenges of war, personal transformations, and each person’s role in building a secure society.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of psychological adaptation, changes in worldview and values, veterans’ return to civilian life and overcoming barriers on this way. The cadets were interested in the role of women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the challenges that female servicemen face while performing combat missions.
The veterans shared real-life stories from the front lines, emphasizing the importance of moral resilience, mutual support, and maintaining humanity even in the most difficult conditions. This allowed the higher education seekers to more deeply understand the essence of their future profession and the importance of personal readiness for the challenges of service.
