Within the framework of implementing the Concept of Military-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the staffers and cadets of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, together with the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, organized a multi-day regional military-patriotic training.
This year, the event was attended by over 150 secondary school students from 18 territorial communities of the Donetsk region. Most of them are children of veterans and servicemen who are currently defending the country at the front.
During the festive opening, the University’s vice-rector Ruslan Vradii welcomed those present. on behalf of rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Serhii Vitvitskyi. He emphasized that such initiatives help the young generation of the Donetsk region acquire the necessary practical skills and form awareness of their own role in the future of the country.
On the first day of training, the participants acquired basic combat training skills, learned the basics of first aid, and performed elements of the daily routine.
