In November 2025, the general library of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs for the third time became a venue for a nationwide initiative – « World Dignity Day in Ukraine – 2025». This year, the event was dedicated to the topics of artificial intelligence, human dignity, and fostering unity. It took place as part of the All-Ukrainian campaign «16 Days Against Violence».
The event was attended by 50 University students. Moderated by the general library staff, the All-Ukrainian Dignity Lesson was held in libraries at all locations of the educational institution and went beyond the classrooms – into the public space and social networks of the DonSUIA.
The event concluded with a ceremonial presentation of certificates: young people received certificates of participation, library staffers received certificates of advanced training, and the DonSUIA received a certificate of project participant.
The initiative is implemented by the EdCamp Ukraine community in partnership with international and national organizations: the Experience AI training program from the Raspberry Pi Foundation funded by Google.org, the «Lines of Unity» initiative, supported by the German Federal Government within the framework of the Civil Peace Service Ukraine – GIZ ZFD program, as well as with the assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Education Quality Service, the Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Education and the Office of Educational Ombudsman.
