On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in World War II, representatives of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs took part in the regional commemorative events in Kropyvnytskyi on the territory of the «Fortress Ramparts» Memorial Complex.
Those present honored the memory of the fallen with a minute of silence, expressing their respect to all who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine. During the ceremony, the participants laid flowers at the monument «Mourning Motherland» and visited the stele of the Alley of Glory to the fallen participants of the ATO and JFO, emphasizing the unbreakable continuity of generations of Ukraine’s defenders.
Participation of the DonSUIA representatives in such events emphasizes the importance of preserving historical memory and patriotic education of future law enforcement officers.
