The teams of the DonSUIA, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Department of Patrol Police of the Kirovohrad Region, the Children’s and Youth Sports School No. 1 of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council, the national teams of Zhovti Vody, Oleksandria, and Znamianka took part in the competition. Among the tournament’s honored guests were the public unit “Chaplain patrol”, representatives of Kyiv and Cherkasy regions.
The University cadets demonstrated a high level of preparation in the course of intense struggle and became winners of the competition in their categories.
“Guard dash”:
1st place – cadet of the 1st year of Faculty No. 3 Vіacheslav Pava (up to 62 kg), cadet of the 3rd year of Faculty No. 1 Tetiana Neskreba (absolute weight);
2nd place – cadets of the 1st and 2nd years of Faculty No. 2 Kateryna Ivanova (absolute weight) and Yevhenii Khisamov (up to 63 kg);
3rd place – cadets of the 1st and 2nd years of Faculty No. 3 Vladyslav Medvedіev (up to 73 kg) and Mykyta Onoprienko (up to 78 kg).
” Kettlebell press”:
1st place – Polina Borodai, 1st-year cadet of Faculty No. 1 (absolute weight);
3rd place – Volodymyr Kurinnyi, a cadet of the 1st year of Faculty No. 1 (up to 95 kg).
” Kettlebell jerk”:
1st place – cadets of the 4th and 1st courses of Faculty No. 1 Yevhen Poliakov (up to 68 kg) and Volodymyr Kurinnyi (85 + kg);
2nd place – cadets of the 1st year of Faculty No. 1 Mykyta Kononenko (up to 78 kg) and Nazar Shamkyi (up to 85 kg);
3rd place – cadets of the 1st and 3rd years of Faculty No. 1 Polina Borodai (absolute weight) and Serhii Kolot (up to 85 kg).
“Barbell press”:
2nd place – Volodymyr Kurinnyi, 1st-year cadet of Faculty No. 1.
The sportsmen are trained by the teacher of the department of special physical and pre-medical training of DonSUIA Viktor Syrmamiikh.
The tournament was held with the support of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council.
