An educational training session titled «Shaping the Personality of a Responsible Citizen of a Free Ukraine» was held at the Integrity Education Training Center of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs for 64 educators from the Kompaniivka Settlement Council in the Kropyvnytskyi District.
During the event, specialists from the DonSUIA considered key issues regarding fostering a responsible citizenship. Anti-Corruption Commissioner Anna Melnyk emphasized the importance of zero tolerance for corruption within the educational environment.
Olha Lunhol, Head of the Department of Operational-Investigative Activity and Information Security at the E.O. Didorenko Educational and Research Institute for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units, spoke about safe behavior in the digital space and responsible use of modern technologies. Serhii Pekarskyi, associate professor of the same department, discussed with educators preservation of historical memory, strengthening of national identity, and development of citizens’ resilience in the face of defense challenges.
The training concluded with discussing practical aspects of educational work amidst modern challenges, exchanging experience, and determining further steps to strengthen legal and civic education of students.
