As part of the «Psychological Practices Hub» project and the training camp, psychologist Oleksandra Kharchenko from the Psychological Support Unit of the Personnel Department conducted a training session titled «Successful Communication, Interaction, and Team Cohesion» for first-year cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine at the DonSUIA.
During the training, the participants learned about team dynamics, methods for constructive conflict resolution, and strategies to prevent bullying. Significant attention was also devoted to helping first-year students adjust to studying at a higher education institution with specific training conditions.
The participants practiced active listening, constructive communication, and mutual support. Practical exercises helped the cadets get to know one another better, build trust, and foster teamwork.
