International karate competitions – the XIII European Shotokan Karate Cup (WKC version), organized by the World Karate Confederation were held in Romania
The Ukrainian team included Danylo Pushkarev, a pupil of the 5th platoon of the Kryvyi Rih Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the DonSUIA.
The karateka won four awards:
1st place – team KATA (age category 18–40 years);
1st place – team KATA (age category 16–17 years);
1st place – team KUMITE IPON (16–17 years);
2nd place – team KUMITE SANBON (16–17 years).
“Victory begins not on the mat, but within yourself – when you overcome fatigue, fear, and doubts,” said Danylo.
The Kryvyi Rih Lyceum of the MIA congratulates the champion on his high achievements and wishes him further success and new victories.
