Another student of the DonSUIA barrier-free driving school successfully passed a practical exam at the Regional Service Center of the SSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Kirovohrad regions and received a category “B” driver’s license.
Ukrainian defender Pavlo Homon was seriously injured while performing a combat mission near Kupiansk and has the status of a person with a disability as a result of the war. He came to Kropyvnytskyi from Ternopil for practical training.
Instructors from the DonSUIA barrier-free driving school accompanied the student at all stages of training. Due to their qualified support, Pavlo Homon achieved his goal – he got behind the wheel of a car on his own.
A “Barrier-Free Driving School” project is implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within the framework of the National Barrier-Free Strategy, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska.
