The author’s team consisting of scientific and pedagogical staffers of the Donetsk and Odesa State Universities of Internal Affairs generally directed by first deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine Maksym Tsutskiridze together with the staffers of the Main Investigative Department of the National Police presented a scientific and practical handbook.
In contrast to other analogues, the publication “Peculiarities of qualifying criminal offenses related to collaborative activity” has a specifically expressed and practically oriented character regarding the issues of collaborative activity that arise in the aspect of its qualification.
The handbook will help the staffers of pre-trial investigation bodies to improve their knowledge and acquire additional skills. It will help to avoid typical investigative mistakes in the process of qualifying criminal offenses related to collaborative activities; it will also teach how to differentiate between a criminal offense and a lawful behavior, minor criminal offence; it will tell you what punishments are prescribed and applied for committing collaborative activities; it will explain the specifics of forming a criminal law norm on collaborative activity in the legislation of Ukraine.
