The dissertation “Principle of Immutability of Judges” was presented to a public defense by a postgraduate student Valeriia Babko (scientific supervisor – doctor of Law, senior researcher Tetiana Ponomariova).
The opponents were:
– professor of the administrative, financial and information law department of the Uzhhorod National University, doctor of Law Mykhailo Vikhliaiev;
– head of the justice department of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, doctor of Law, professor Oksana Khotynska-Nor.
Through an open vote, members of a one-time specialized academic council unanimously decided to award Valeriia Babko the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 081 “Law”.
There was also a public defense of the dissertation “Administrative responsibility for violation of forest legislation” by a postgraduate student Yuliia Koveino (scientific supervisor – doctor of Law, professor, full member (academician) of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine Antonina Bobkova).
The opponents were:
– dean of the faculty of law of the Zaporizhzhia National University, doctor of Law, professor Tetiana Kolomoiets;
– acting head of the department of international, constitutional and administrative law of the Ivano-Frankivsk Educational and Scientific Law Institute of the National University “Odessa Law Academy”, candidate of Law, associate professor Nataliia Hablei.
Through an open vote, members of a one-time specialized academic council unanimously decided to award Yuliia Koveino the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. in the specialty 081 “Law.”
