On October 6, the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Private-legal and public-legal relations: problems of theory and practice” was held at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. The event was held both offline and online on the Google Meet platform.
Оleksandr Tarasenko, director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, addressed the participants of the conference with a welcome speech.
The rector of the DonSUIA Serhii Vitvitskyi wished the scientists fruitful work and emphasized that the future of Ukraine today depends on us.
The conference was attended by: Antonina Bobkova, the head of the Donetsk Regional Scientific Center of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine; Oleg Yaroshenko, the vice-rector of Yaroslav the Wise National Law University, a corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine; Oleksandr Muzychuk, the vice-rector of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs; Oleg Dubinskyi, the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, economic, legal and social issues of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding; Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warmian-Masurian University Elzhbeta Zhivutska – Kozlovska,etc. The event was moderated by Volodymyr Buga, the dean of the faculty of Law, Management and Economic Security of the DonSUIA.
Scientists and practitioners from Ukraine, Great Britain, Georgia, Lithuania, Spain and Poland joined the discussion on current issues of public and private law.
The organizing committee of the conference received 163 theses from scientists, representatives of state authorities, the court, the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, adjuncts, postgraduate students and higher education seekers, which form new vision and understanding of the fundamental institutions of public and private branches of law.
Those present discussed the issues of ensuring effective legal regulation of contractual relations, state policy, financial security of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law, harmonization of domestic legislation with EU legislation, improvement of law-making activities, etc. According to the results of the conference, a resolution was formed, which included scientific conclusions and legislative proposals presented by the participants in their theses, reports and highlighted during the plenary session.
The DonSUIA thanks the scientists for sharing their practical experience and fruitful cooperation in the development of Ukrainian science.
