Volodymyr Vynohradov, a student of the Driving School for People with Disabilities of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, successfully passed a practical exam at the Regional Service Centre of the Main Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Kirovohrad regions and received a category B driver’s licence.
The 31-year-old resident of Oleksandriia, Kirovohrad region, has been defending his homeland since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In 2023, he was seriously injured in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
Volodymyr has a group 1A disability, but this did not stop him from wanting to live on and pursue his goals. Together with the instructors of the DonSUIA Driving School, the serviceman spent a month practicing his driving skills and now confidently drive on his own.
