Administration of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Correspondence Studies of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs has held career orientation meetings for the National Police of Ukraine staffers, during which they were informed about the opportunities for obtaining education at a higher education institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The events, which took place in the units of the main departments of security and patrol police of Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Volyn, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi regions, were attended by heads of the territorial bodies and police personnel.
The University representatives presented educational programs and specialties, explained admission requirements and the specifics of educational process for cadets and students. The possibilities of continuing their studies at master’s and postgraduate courses were discussed separately.
Those present also focused their attention on the activities of the Kryvyi Rih Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the DonSUIA as an important component of the system of continuous training for future law enforcement officers.
