Anna Krynychna, a lecturer of the department of state legal disciplines and life security of the Kryvyi Rih Educational and Scientific Institute of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, and Yelyzaveta Shkarupa, a student of Law specialty, took part in a sitting volleyball competition among veterans, persons with disabilities as a result of war, active military personnel and their family members, “VETERANS FAMILY GAMES Kryvyi Rih 2025”.
The competition brought together over 120 participants from 14 teams: 4 women’s teams, 3 teams of veterans “The Undefeated, Kryvyi Rih” and 7 teams from the “military” category (military personnel and representatives of the city law enforcement bodies).
In a tense struggle, demonstrating true team spirit, the first place among the women was won by:
– the team “The Undefeated”, which included Anna Krynychna and Yelyzaveta Shkarupa;
– among the veterans by the team “The Undefeated 1”;
– among the military personnel by the team “SB NGU”.
The second place was won by the teams: “4.5.0”, “The Undefeated 2” and “NGU”. The third place was won by “Soroky”, “The Undefeated 3”, “Regiment of patrol police”.
The participants noted that adaptive sports concerns not only physical strength, but also the strength of spirit, and it proves that there are no limits to human capabilities.
