A presentation of the project «Untold Stories: Chasiv Yar: 2 Years of Defense» for higher education seekers was held in the assembly hall of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

The guests of honor of the event were representatives of the 18th Slavic Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, who participated in creating a documentary film, and the servicemen who directly participated in the defense of Chasiv Yar. During the meeting, they shared their own stories and emphasized the need to preserve true testimonies of the war for national memory and honor the feat of Ukrainian defender.

The University Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Vradii also addressed the audience. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives for the formation of civic consciousness, professional ethics, and resilience of future security sector specialists.
As part of the project, a photo exhibition «Through the Fog of War: The Faces of Chasiv Yar», reflecting the life of the city in war conditions, and a documentary film «Chasiv Yar: 2 Years of Defense» were presented. The film, created on the basis of testimonies and video materials of the 18th Slavic Brigade servicemen, reveals human dimension of the war through stories of courage, self-sacrifice, and indomitability.
