For ten days – from March,12 till March, 20, 2026 – short but meaningful training meetings on the topic «Information capaсities of the general library: access to the repository and world scientific resources» were held for students and cadets of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs
The speakers at the event were librarians Antonina Harkusha and Tetiana Zavalei. They introduced the participants to the capabilities of the library’s Internet centers, demonstrated tools for searching for scientific information, and shared practical tips for quick access to relevant materials.
In addition, the experts shared practical life hacks for working with international databases Scopus, Web of Science and the Research4Life platform, which provide free access to full-text scientific publications from around the world, and also talked about public access to the University’s repository.
The conducted flash trainings will contribute to the development of information culture of the DonSUIA higher education seekers and their skills in the effective use of scientific resources.
