Ruslan Horbunov, a cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, received an award at the All-Ukrainian Competition of Research Papers on Administrative Law among higher education seekers dedicated to the Day of Science in Ukraine.
The event was organized by Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities and the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation.
In total, 20 scientific articles were submitted to the competition by students of the first (bachelor’s), second (master’s) and third (doctoral) levels from 13 institutions and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
In his work, Ruslan Horbunov investigated the peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine under martial law caused by the aggression of the Russian Federation.
His supervisor is Olena Shyshkarova, a lecturer at the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines of the DonSUIA.
