Anzhela Helbak, Head of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, and Halyna Mukhina, Associate Professor of that Department, took part in the «Leadership Development Program» project organized by the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM). The event brought together experts from various law enforcement agencies and the rule of law sector in Ukraine.
Within the framework of the intensive course, the DonSUIA scientists mastered modern approaches to strategic leadership, effective communication, development of emotional intelligence, change management and team interaction. In addition to mastering European practices, the University representatives actively worked on creating original training programs, integrating theoretical material into professional practices.
After defending the developed cases with the presentation of personal experience and the vision of the development of the law enforcement system, those present received official certificates of advanced training.
